ZEBU is an illustration & art duo consisting of Lynn Lehmann and Dennis Gärtner. Founded in 2015, the studio is active in the fields of self publishing, painting, screenprinting and muralism. Both live and work in Berlin.

“We love to work with colours, it’s a lot of fun. Our visual language is reduced, abstract and bold. The way we paint is a result of the way we see the things around us. When we look at an object, shape or figure we feel the need to reduce its form and make it more abstract.”

“Music can definitely boost our motivation and creative energy. During the creative process music has the power to intensify feelings and emotions. We believe that those two things are essential for creating good work.”
