Rein Reitsma (1991) is a Rotterdam based designer. His practice is diverse, from material experimenting up to realising functional products on commission. Every project representing his optimistic approach and joy in making.

Rein patiently experiments with techniques and, never tempted by the easy way, invents new production methods and tools when needed. The outcome surprises by clever and unusual use of common materials (or even waste streams) making easy-to-understand and honest designs that put up a smile.
